Earlier, sunflower seeds were roasted at home, and there was an elderly lady selling them in cups and packing them in paper cones in every block of my town.

The first enterprise in Central Asia with the primary business of production and packing factory seeds was set up in 1996. The first factory-made sunflower seeds were sold in Uzbekistan under the ERMAK brand.

ERMAK Sunflower Seeds are produced according to the original recipe using modern equipment. Our product not only secured foothold in the market, it became a sales hit. In order to fully meet the market demand, the production of ERMAK Sunflower Seeds is carried out in three shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ERMAK Sunflower Seeds are available in three types (salt, salted and salt-free), and come in the newly-branded packs of 160 grams, 100 grams and 40 grams.

Sunflower seeds are healthy snack and can satisfy your hunger. Energy value of 100 grams of the product is 578 Kcal. Roasted sunflower seeds are an excellent nutritional supplement, as they are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins’ abundancy in sunflower seeds makes it comparable to multi-vitamin supplements. Sunflower seeds contain А, С, D, E vitamins and some vitamins of В complex.

Sunflower seeds are rich in carbohydrates, and citric and tartaric acid. They are source of magnesium, phosphorous, fluorine, iodine, and other minerals. Their potassium content is 5 times higher than the one of bananas and oranges.
