The ERMAK brand was founded in 1992 as a small family business with three employees and a simple but powerful idea: to create natural products with a taste you can trust. Over the years, ERMAK has grown into an international company with more than 750 employees, six production sites, and exports to more than 12 countries around the world. Today, ERMAK products are manufactured not only in Uzbekistan, but also at modern facilities in Turkey, and the company has representative offices in the UAE and South Korea. Despite our scale and international presence, we remain true to our roots and philosophy—to create honest, natural, and delicious products made with love and responsibility. ERMAK continues to grow, combining tradition, technology, and the trust of millions of consumers.

Company history

In 1996, ERMAK began producing the first packaged sunflower seeds, becoming one of the pioneers of modern packaging in Uzbekistan. In 2008, ERMAK became the first producer of qurt in Uzbekistan, bringing this traditional national product to an industrial level and opening a new chapter in the history of authentic Uzbek flavors. Today, ERMAK’s unified brand portfolio includes more than 100 product SKUs across multiple categories.
