Ermak has started producing almonds and peanuts since 2017. We buy exclusively the highest variety in Uzbekistan. Almonds and peanuts are thoroughly processed in our workshops and carefully packed, which is why the products remain always clean and sterile.

Almonds contain various minerals absolutely essential for bone health. Calcium, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus are involved in maintaining bone strength. Almond seeds contain large amounts of fatty oil, proteins and sugars; there are enzymes, vitamins of group B, E. In bitter almonds, the glycoside amygdalin was found, giving the nuclei a bitter taste and an “almond” smell.
The beneficial properties of almonds have an effect on blood lipids, especially the blood content of the potent antioxidant vitamin E. Almonds are an alternative to animal protein sources and also contain beneficial vitamins and minerals. It is used in folk medicine for digestive disorders and impaired kidney function.
